All our shirts, sweatshirts and tanks are handmade using premium digital printing technology and only eco friendly inks. We love to create great designs and we are always trying to create new and exciting ones! The printing process we use ensures the highest quality print maximizing the durability. To extend the longevity of our shirts we advise you to machine wash them in a gentle cold water.


SIZING INFO: All tees are unisex. The best way to get a more ladies fit is to size down and it is highly recommended if you like to wear women sized instead of unisex ones

All our Heathered Colors are cotton/polyester blend and they are super soft!

All our simple color ones like Maroon, White, Red, Orange, Mauve are 100% Cotton.

How To Take Care Our Shirts.

The best way to wash our shirts is to turn them inside out before machine washing them.

Cold Wash them using mild detergent. Please do not use Bleach or any Fabric Softener!
Do not iron over the print if you want our shirts and sweaters to last a very long time.


SHIPPING INFO:

Our processing time for all orders is 2-6 business days (Shipping Time Not Included!!).

If you are a USA resident you will most likely receive your order in 4-7 days AFTER shipping.

Our International customers generally receive their orders between 1-3 weeks AFTER shipping. We ship via Asendia Usa.

Post Office are not the most efficient when scanning packages so please do not worry if you see that your package hasn't moved much especially if your order is international. However if the delivery time frame passes please contact us as soon as possible to check on your order.

Please make sure that your saved address on Paypal is your current address because we will ship your order by default to your saved address.

If you decide that you want to change your address please do your best to contact us within 1-2 days after placing your order and we might be able to change it for you. If that time frame passes you can always log in to USPS account only 1 DAY after the package is shipped and change it right there.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Because we want you to be able to select the perfect product type, color and size to complement each of your favorite designs, your items will be printed after you order them. Your order is hand-printed by real American people. The printing process takes 2 to 3 business days before we ship it to you. Some items will be shipped separately and may take a bit longer due to the printing process. (For example, hats may take longer to print and will ship separately).All items are packaged separately to ensure they arrive in good order.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

Depending on where you are we ship differently.

  • USPS Domestic Priority domestic shipping takes 2 to 4 business days (2 to 3 business days for us to print by hand, plus 2 to 4 business days to ship).
  • International shipping takes 1 to 3 weeks (including 2 to 3 business days for us to print by hand).

WILL I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EXTRA SHIPPING FEES?

Depending on your country, you may owe duties, taxes, or import fees in addition to our shipping rates, which only cover the transit cost of the products. Sorry, we can’t change your government’s laws!

WHERE CAN I FIND A TRACKING LINK?

You should have received an email with a confirmation receipt when you placed your order, and another email with a tracking link when your order was shipped. Simply click on the tracking link in that email and you will be automatically redirected to the tracking information.

If you didn’t receive a tracking confirmation, check your email spam folder. Sometimes our emails get sent to the spam folder accidentally. If it is not there, contact customer support:

  • Email anytime and we will get back to you within one business day.

WHY DOES MY TRACKING LINK SAY “UNAVAILABLE” WHEN I CLICK ON IT?

Tracking links take 1 to 2 business days to update in our shipping partner’s system, so give it some time to process. If you’ve been waiting more than 2 business days, contact our customer support at salesfunkyapparel@gmail.com.

DO YOU SHIP TO MILITARY BASES?

Yes! Please note that shipping to military bases may take up to 4-6 weeks (including 2-3 business days for us to print by hand).

WHY AM I MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?

Some items ship separately from different processing facilities, so part of your order may still be on its way. If you need specific information, please contact customer support.

WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Oh no! If you placed an ordering shipping to the US more than 10 days ago or an international order more than 30 days ago, contact customer support via email (sales@funkyapparel@gmail.com)  immediately and we will take care of that for you right away!

Exchanges

We made our exchange policy as easy as possible for you! You can make returns within up to 60 days of your original order date. If you need a different size, color, or style, please email us at salesfunkyapparel@gmail.com or chat with us on our homepage. Be sure to provide your original order number, email address, name on the order, description of the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason you would like to make the exchange. We will have your item reprinted and shipped to you as quickly as possible.

Replacement Orders

We will gladly provide you with a replacement item or refund for any of the following reasons:

  • You receive an incorrect item
  • Your order contains damaged product(s)
  • Your order has a printing mistake
  • Part of your order is missing from the package
  • You do not receive your order but it has been marked as delivered by USPS.
  • You can contact us at salesfunkyapparel@gmail.com to get a replacement on its way to you ASAP! Please be sure to provide your original order number, and a description of the item(s) you would like us to replace and any changes needed on your replacement order.

Changes to Orders Not Yet Shipped

You can make changes to your order if your order has not already processed through our printing cycle.Just email us at salesfunkyapparel@gmail.com or chat with us from our home page during our regular chat hours. If your order has already shipped, we’ve got you covered with our super easy return/exchange policy.

Cancellations
